Good service or the quick buck?

How many of you out there are new in the business, and only got into the business because rates and business were great??  From some of these emails I see, I take it this fits a lot of you.  Do those of us that have been in the business for years a favor and do a little research and training on the industry and continuing education, because it’s the inexperienced ones that are making big mistakes and only care about the quick buck and are giving those of us that have made this our career, a bad name.  But, when rates go back up, and they will, the refi’s will dry up and you’ll be back to what you were doing before you decided to go after the quick buck.  A word of advice…a little thought and studying lenders’ products will do us both a great deal of good.  think about servicing your customer rather than taking the easy way out.
