Bi monthly payment company. To do or not.

Sounds like old fogies like to give everything away.  At least for me.  Been in it for a while and like selling biweeklies.  It forces the customer to make the payments biweekly.  We even tell them it forces them to do that.  We sell biweeklies on 75% of the loans and close about 40 loans last month.  We believe in them.  Our customers believe in them!  So all of this argument is your brain.  Customers do want the product.  If they didn’t it wouldn’t have a place.
